Linkage Monitoring via MORE BOARDS

Each MORE neighborhood supports a MORE Board which consists of local residents that monitors the system.  They review the operations and address changing needs within the system.  Monthly meetings are held in each service area with anywhere from 5-40 neighbors in attendance.  A representative from each of the boards attends a monthly MORE Board Leadership meeting to share success stories and learn how other neighborhoods are handling similar problems.  A Leaders Forum is held annually to allow great collaboration among the neighborhoods.
