PATCH

Patch, established in 1963, is one of Grace Hill's oldest and most successful neighborhood centers.  The community based center relies on area residents who volunteer their time and talents for the day to day operation of many of its programs.

The Patch Center offers:

  • M.O.R.E. (Member Organized Resource Exchange) linkage network

  • Senior Services

  • Head Start

  • Day Care

  • Career Services

  • Neighborhood College

  • Community Outreach

  • Emergency Services

The variety of services and activities offered at Patch are determined by residents of the service area and their needs.   Neighbors have built community support and resources that enable self-sufficiency programs to continue with success.
