MURPHY BLAIR

Murphy Blair is the original neighborhood of Grace Hill Settlement House located in the near north side of the city of St. Louis.  Key services within the neighborhood include the Grace Hill Neighborhood Health Center, the Haven of Grace Shelter for teen mothers and Grace Hill Children's Center which provides daycare.  The main office of the Career Center operates out of Murphy Blair as does the Business Center.  It is one of four Neighborhood Centers providing a variety of services and activities which are provided by residents of the service area (view map).

    Activities:

• STAEs Training are held every 3^rd Monday @ 10:00 a.m.

• GED Classes are held at Career Ctr @ Monday and Wednesday from 9-Noon.

• Job Fair for clients enrolled in the employment program @ Friday at 9:00am at Career Ctr Bldg.

MORE Board Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00am

MORE Time Dollar Shop is located at 2600 Hadley in the Bishop Scarlet Center every Wednesday from 1:00-4:30pm.
