POSITION TITLE: LPN
STATUS / HOURS: Regular/Full-time (Evenings and Weekends as scheduled)
STARTING SALARY RANGE:
$ 32,000.00 - $ 38,000.00 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs the duties required to provide safe, efficient care and services to patients. Functions as a member of the health care team providing assistance in planning and implementation of patient based care based upon sound nursing judgment, clinical preparation, knowledge, skills and experience.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience working in a community health setting preferred.
LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATION(S) REQUIRED:
1. LPN license from the State of Missouri.
2. CPR Certification required.
