Community Health Nurse Assistant I (Public Housing)

Grace Hill Neighborhood Health Centers, Inc. is currently accepting applications for the following position:

POSITION TITLE: Community Health Nurse Assistant I (Public Housing)

STATUS/HOURS: Regular/Full-time (Evenings and weekends as needed)

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $ 22,000.00 - $ 26,000.00 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY: Perform the duties required to serve as a team member in provision of health care services to public housing residents.

EDUCATION: Requires high school education or equivalent. Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One (1) year experience in community health, neighborhood outreach or related field.

LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: CPR Certification required.

Residency and Transportation Requirement: Must be a resident of a Grace Hill service area.
